As a Gulf-Coast native, I grew up eating freshly caught seafood, home-grown vegetables, and fruits. Here on Pescetarian Journal, I share my recipes and life experiences related to the food that helped me to grow and that sustains me still. I am a pescetarian (pronounced "pes-ka-tarian"), and my diet consists of seafood, fresh produce, legumes, and grains. I've eaten this way for a lifetime, except for periods as a vegetarian or strict vegan. I advocate eating sustainable and organic foods as much as possible. Thank you for visiting today, and I hope Pescetarian Journal will be a resource as you consider or maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Contact me at email@example.com, and thanks for your visit.
Comment PolicyComments are welcomed and encouraged on this site, however some comments may not be published for the following reasons:
- Comments are deemed to be spam and include links to off-topic sites (i.e. loans, shoes, handbags).
- Comments that are offensive or that attempt to attack anyone personally.
- Generally, I don't publish anonymous comments, because they are (usually) attempts by some to publish links to off-topic or inappropriate sites.
